INCREASING INTERPERSONAL INTELLIGENCE IN GROUP B OF NORTH ALMUADZININ BATUKLIANG KINDERGARTEN THROUGH OUTBOUND ACTIVITIES

Abstract

This research aims to implement outbound activities to improve the interpersonal intelligence of group B, Almuadzinin Kindergarten, North Batukliang, Central Lombok Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research which is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the research results, there was an increase through outbound activities, namely the first meeting in prasikus conditions was 4.3%, the research held two meetings in prasikus, in cycle I the increase in interpersonal intelligence increased to 17.3%, in cycle II the increase in interpersonal intelligence increased by 65.2 %. From the implementation of cycle I to cycle II, outbound activities were able to increase interpersonal intelligence.
